At the start of the confinement I felt constantly surrounded by a threat I couldn’t see. To better understand it, I started collecting fingerprints from surfaces in public space, using a soft brush and fine charcoal powder. The fingerprints you see here are taken from a handrail at my local subway station in Berlin.
